Print as many of these as you like, and the next one will match this one. What the free page will not do is let you type into it. The twelve rows stay blank on paper, and so do the twenty student names. Filling them in by hand once a grading period is the job the pass removes.

Every other version of this page arrives already filled in with somebody's standards. Then the first thing you do is delete them, because the codes and wording that have to show up on the document are the ones off your district's pacing guide, and those are rarely word for word what the framework says.
There is also more of it than anyone admits. Common Core, TEKS, Florida BEST, Virginia SOL, and the states that have quietly rewritten theirs since, times every grade, times every subject. Any list I put in here would be wrong for most of the people who downloaded it.
And wrong is expensive here. This page ends up in an evaluation folder. A checklist with an out-of-date code on it is worse than a checklist with nothing on it.
A filled-in list gets deleted even when it is right. So it starts blank.
Twelve rows, each with a short space for the code and a longer one for the wording. Fill them in by hand on the free page, or type them once in the pass and print the sheet as many times as you need it.
Twenty columns will not fit down a portrait page at a width anyone can write in, so this one turns sideways. If you are printing several templates at once, send this one to the printer on its own. Mixing page directions in one print job is where copiers quietly cut a page off and nobody notices until it is in the folder.
